Yes, we offer one-time cleaning services for special events, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other occasions. One-time cleaning services can vary in pricing based on exact requirements. We prefer to see the space if possible before providing an estimate.
Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning of your facility, unless a client specifies otherwise. This cost is included in our rates.
All our rates are based on the type of cleaning, the amount of time we approximate it will take, and how frequent the cleaning is. We quote based on each job given to us based on the requirements from the client, the budget they are working with, and the timeframes they request.
Rates are calculated based on how long it would take one person to do the job. Then we schedule that job based on how many cleaners we can use to split up the work. For example, a 15 hour deep clean job can be done in 5 hours with 3 cleaners, but you are charged for 15 hours of labour plus applicable taxes.
We accept cash, cheque or Interac E-transfer.
